Terms and conditions of entry
I agree to advise those named in this submission of the following, as a condition of entry:
All entrants must sign the Games 'Waiver'.
Personal Accident Insurance is not included in the Entry Fee and the Games does not cover the cost of any injury sustained by Entrants. It is recommended all Entrants review their insurance cover to assure coverage is to their desired levels.
Fees received by the Games are a commission to engage the Games to organise the event(s) on the payers' behalf. Proceeds are spent in advance to arrange facilities and personnel to conduct the events, therefore refunds will only be made according to the published information. If the Games or any Sport or associated Event is cancelled due to weather or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers no refunds will be made.
Entrants will not be allowed to play if they cannot present their validated Games ID when requested.
The Games is not responsible for misdirected, lost, or delayed mail.
Before playing, entrants must inspect the sport facilities and equipment provided by the Games. It is understood the entrant believes conditions are satisfactory if they then participate.
Entrants under 18 years must provide a letter of parental or guardian's consent.
The Games has no affiliation to or specific sanction from its sports' governing bodies.
Corporate Games P/L will store all entrants personal information in a database and use that information to conduct Corporate Games, and for marketing, display and research purposes. If anyone wishes to access their personal information email info@corporategames.net.au. Read the Games 'Privacy Policy'
The Games reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of entry and to decline any application at its discretion.
